1949 ABERDALE AUTOCYCLE MAROON

A very rare 1949 Aberdale autocycle with an even more rare watsonian juvernile sidecar both completly restored some years ago, acquired to take my grandson out for rides and picnics which where a great success he could not get in it fast enough he was the envy of all his chums but allas they grow up too fast he wont fit in any more so reluctantly its up for sale ,He now rides on the back of my douglas ,The aberdale is a very easy starter and will run it seems forever on a tank full,   The villiers JDL will pull the sidecar suprisingly well the sidecar is of very light construction and with a small child in it you hardly notice  its there ,Watsonion had a great design idea with the banking mounting its just like rideing a solo bike, It still has(For Picnics) its original Midland pannier bags and many original fittings ,   Has V5 and instruction book two new tyres and tubes and a full new engine gasket set ,There is a rain hood for the side car but its the original old one but can be used, The sidecar can be very easily removed by turning two wing nuts for easy storage

                     There are some scufs and small  chips here and there but stll very presentable the MOT ran out in March this year but i dont forsee any problem geting it renewed the tax is free ofcourse, Ready for some other doteing grandad to spoil the grandchildren, any questions feel free to ask, Located in the Cardiff area Pick up only.
