Shipping: No international shipping is available. Items purchased on e-bay will be sent ONLY to the continental part of the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not send to U.S. territories or APO/FPO. All deliveries to New-York State addresses are subject to NY Sales Tax. Shipping in the U.S. by Insured First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Registered Mail depending on value of items purchased. Insurance of up to $25,000 per parcel is included into the shipping cost. If paid by PayPal we will send only to an address listed on the PayPal web site. Please do not ask us to meet for payment and pick up of items you purchased, all business is done by mail only and all coins, medals, paper money and/or other items are kept in bank vaults. We combine items bought within one week and paid by a single payment (for amounts of up to $25,000), there are no any additional charges or fees for multiple items sent in the same parcel. There may be additional fees for bulky items.

However, we can not guarantee grade of any raw coins, medals, paper money or other items. All grading of raw coins, medals or paper money is just our opinion; we provide quality pictures of actual items being sold unless directly stated otherwise in the item's description. We are pleased to offer lifetime guarantee on authenticity of all coins, medals, paper money or other items that we sell. For all items that are certified by an independent certification services, such as NGC, PCGS, ANACS, PMG or any other please also refer to guarantee of appropriate grading services that in most cases may be found on their web sites.

Returns: There is absolutely no return for NGC, PCGS, and ANACS certified coins or medals or PCGS and PMG certified paper money except authenticity reasons and all sales of such authentic items is final. We offer lifetime money back on all items (certified or not) that will be found not genuine. There is no return for coin lots, large groups and bullion coins. We offer 14 days return privilege for individually sold non certified coins, medals and paper money in rare cases that our items will be grossly misrepresented. If you wish to return any eligible for return non certified coin, medal or paper money please e-mail us first. We will reply with return instructions ASAP. We will not compensate return shipping fees and only will refund amount you paid to us.

Pricing and prior sale rules: Please note that all items are subject of prior sale. Prices for any items may be changed without advanced notice. Prices for bullion coins or those that have value dependable on prices of precious metals may be adjusted according to current spot prices.

Attention e-bay customers: Please do not buy or bid on our items if you disagree with any of our terms, shipping charges or do not intend to buy. It is customer's responsibility to be aware of what he is buying or bidding on. We will gladly answer any questions, please ask BEFORE making your purchase or placing bids on e-bay. All PayPal payments for items won on e-bay must be paid within 5 days after the end of the appropriate auction unless we have other prior arrangements. After 5 days period we reserve the right to open a dispute on e-bay and/or re-list unpaid items for sale again. All non PayPal payments for items won on e-bay must be paid within 10 days after the end of the appropriate auction unless we have other prior arrangements. After 10 days period we reserve the right to cancel the sales and/or re-list unpaid items for sale again. Return privilege for items paid late will be void. E-bay bidders with feedback less than 95% or those who have less than 5 feedbacks total must contact us via e-mail before bidding; otherwise their bids will be cancelled. No e-bay bidders with zero or negative feedback will be allowed.

E-bay feedbacks: Since e-bay changed “the rules of the game” and does not allow sellers to leave negative or neutral feedback, we feel that feedback left by sellers is now meaningless. We leave positive feedback for everyone as soon as we receive their payments and mail out the purchased items. While leaving feedback please consider to put all 5 star ratings in each category. New York State Sales Tax: If your address listed on E-bay and/or PayPal web site is in New York State we must collect NY Sales Tax, which is currently 8.875%. If you are a NY State based dealer, please e-mail us to claim exemption from NY Sales Tax. Please use Resale Certificate (form ST-120) that may be found on New York State Department of Taxation and Finance web site: http://www.tax.state.ny.us/pdf/current_forms/st/st120_fill_in.pdf. The form has interactive fields; fill out your part, include your Certificate of Authority Number, print the form, sign and date. Than please mail completed form to our P.O. Box address found below on this page. Once we receive prompt Resale Certificate we will update your invoice to exclude NY Sales Tax.

Insurance for lost, stolen or damaged items: All domestic shipments are promptly insured for the full amount of your purchase but not more than $25,000 per parcel. Insurance cost is included into the shipping cost, there are no separate charges for insurance. Tracking is available for all items worth over $50. If your item is damaged, stolen or lost in the mail system it is usually possible to file a claim only after 21-30 days after the date of shipment. Please be patient waiting for claim processing and insurance payments. It may take up to 2-3 months to process a claim and receive insurance payment.
