I have more knives to offer this week: some for the kitchen, others from my "tactical" collection, the fighting, survival, go-to-war knives that I have accumulated "just in case." They weren't actually supposed to be on the block at all, but things happen that make it necessary to part with even these special knives. I even have a couple of other knives that might interest you. Thanks for looking, and good luck.
This is a manual action Microtech Amphibian from several years back. It has green handles with black, checkered rubber inserts. Blade has a stonewashed finish. Knife is etched with the Microtech logo, "Amphibian M/A," the serial number "0319," date of manufacture "11/2001," and at the base it has the blade steel, "154-CM." Underneath the logo it is stamped "2001 ALM." The knife has ambidextrous thumb ramps. It also features a cutout in the handle for ease in opening and also for closing the liner lock, which has an unusual raised, ridged portion. It is probably the stoutest liner lock I have ever seen, at least 1/8" thick. The front top of the handle has a raised ramp with thumb grooves for greater control. Previous owner added a lanyard made of OD parachute cord, nearly the same color as the handles. Comes with original nylon pouch with Microtech logo. Knife measures 8-5/16" open, and measures 4-3/4" closed. This one has the original factory edge, never resharpened, shows no use or wear that I can see. Locks up tigh and solid. This is one of the strongest folding knives I have ever owned. Great for everyday carry, or to add to the collection. Please contact me if you have any additional questions. Contact required within 72 hours of the end of the auction, payment must be received within 7 days or the item may be relisted and eBay notified. Thanks for looking, and good luck!
Shipping and other information: I ship by USPS, usually Priority Mail, occasionally by First Class. If an item is heavy, or there are several items, I will put them into a Priority Mail Flat Rate box to save postage as long as they will fit. All items shipped in the U.S. will include Delivery Confirmation, and I will let you know that number when your purchase is shipped. I do ship internationally. I list actual contents and cost on the Customs form. I usually use International Priority Mail, but may use another method if you desire. INSURANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON ALL METHODS OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Please contact me if you have any questions. I have been doing this for a long time, and have had many, many successful transactions. If there is a problem, contact me, and if it can be worked out, we will. (Slow delivery by the Post Office is something that I can't work out.) I am a bidder as well as a seller, and I try to treat people the same way I want to be treated.
