I do try to offer quality items on ebay, and in other outlets in my area.  To do that I must compete by paying fair higher prices which do not usually allow me high profits.  Therefore I am not willing to accept offers lower than my starting bids.  Thank you for your understanding.  I accept most forms of payment but not including direct credit or debit cards. Paypal will accept credit cards however by means of its own processes/methods. 

Shipments outside the US will require some fair additional postage as determined by the US Postal Calculator. PLEASE, UNDERSTAND, FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS FROM OUT OF THE US, if you ask for a shipping quote I cannot guarantee that quotes given before the sale closes will be 100% accurate. I do not package, weigh and measure the boxes before the sale closes, so I cannot be 100% sure of the shipping cost.

But for any buyers from outside the US, for any billing that proves to be more than the actual shipping charge when mailed, I refund any amount that was overpaid. If the postal charge is higher than the amount billed I will send an additional bill for the extra and give positive feedback when that is paid.  I do not want to make a profit on shipping but I can’t lose money on out of country shipping or I must give up that service.
