If this were a bright white, it would easily sell for over 50 USD.   There are two types of dirt / staining on here.  The general brown / black stipple on the coin can be easily removed with the clorox paste stuff you can get for kitchen use.  Make sure to rinse in water well, and distilled water if you have it.    The deep brown small stain on the obverse is problematic.  I have seen it before and the treatment above does not remove it.   I don't know enough about ceramics and materials engineering to understand what has happened there.
