This is a lightly used Microtech Medallion Neck Knife.  This is NOT a Manus!  It was not used very much but it does have kydex marks/ rubmarks on the blade.  It still has the original edge, it has never been sharpened, and is still sharp.  This is one of the originals born on 10/2000 Numbered 0802  This really is a hard to find knife. This one comes with the original Kydex Sheath as well as the Mini-TekLok It can be caried in any position you like as well as used as a neck knife. The blade has more marks on it than the pictures show.   This knife is NOT a Manus is is a different and discontinued model from Microtech and  it is a little bit bigger than the Manus as well.  You will not find these for sale anywhere, not even here on Ebay! This is a truly collectable Knife.

This neck knife is light, short, and flat enough to conceal easily, but tough enough to do real work. The blade shape and integrated lower guard make this a viable defensive design without limiting its general utility.
