The focusing hood is open.
Its appearance is Lubitel 166 B's all over except it employs 6 x 4.5cm frame adapter and the film counting window.

The focuisng lever interlocks with the gear on the taking lens, and the taking lens interlocks with the view lens through the gear on each lens.
Very bright finder...until you try to focus subject through it.
And the focusing screen tends to vignette at each corner.

The structure inside is very simple. The figure left shows the 6 x 4.5cm format adapter for Lubitel 166 Universal.
The film counting windows are provided both for 6 x 6cm format and 6 x 4.5cm format.
